ES-RFQ series  soft drink filling machine and packaging machinery is a self-developed new product by our R&D department to meet the requirement of multi-usage demands for our customers. The  soft drink filling machine is consisted of ringsing-filling-caping all together. It can fill mineral water, pure water and distill water etc.   Based on advanced technology overseas and designed, It allows the machine to fill different type of the bottles. Not only drinking water filling machine,  also be used for fill glass bottle with fruit juice and tea at high temperature by simply change tha valve. It can be connected with our others machines to form the Soft Carbonated Drinks / Hot Juice  filling machine and packaging machinery production line. 
 

Mineral Water Filling Line Specifications:

1) Conveying process:

By adopting bottle-neck clamping design, or Hanging Type Bottle-Conveying System, the DCGF series can adapt many different shapes of bottles easily. It can be applied to your producing line directly with much less auxiliary units as well as inconveniences needed.

 

2) Filling process:

The DCGF series adopt Micro-Pressure technology which makes the filling process faster and more stable without losing pin-point filling accuracy.
 

3) Sealing process:

Magnetic torque technology is used for cap screwing. The force of cap screwing can be adjusted continuously without grade. This function guarantees a low defect rate of capping process.

4) Cap supplying process:

Air-powered horizontal swirl cap sorting device is applied in cap supplying process, in order to prevent cap from being scratched. And shortage of cap in Cap-Storing-Tank can be sensed out by sensors which can let out an alarming. After that, more caps can be reloaded automatically.
