• Automatic  Heat Shrinkable Film Thermal Shrink Wrapping Machine
  1. The machine is a fully automatic shrink packaging machine including L sealer and shrink tunnel which can feed products, seal and cut film and shrink film bag automatically. It is widely used in food, pharmaceutical, stationary, toy, auto parts, cosmetics, printing, hardware, electrical appliances and other industry.
  2. Special durable alloyed sealing knife with anti-stick Teflon coats makes sealing strong and has better performance of heat conduction.
  3. Only adjust packing width and height by hand wheels without changing any molds and parts when packing size changes. Packing length can be detected by the sensor automatically.
  4. Different products with different sizes can be packed together as promotional package.
  5. Adopt Omron brand parts such as temperature controller, timer, relay, switch, and sensor.

Functions Description:
This is a fully automatic production line integrated with such processes as automatic conveying, feeding, sealing, cutting and shrinking. For large collectively counted case (box or can) packaging, it is preferred to encase with PE or PVC shrink film before shrink package. We can also design straight-line or 90 rotational drive as required by customers' production lines. The electrical units are chosen from international famous companies such as: SICK, NORGEN, MISUBISHI and so on. The packed goods are neatness, suitable for long transport.
 

 

Scope of Application:
Suitable for such products as pop-top cans, glass bottles, beer and mineral water with pallet or without pallet, to automatic shrinking and packing. Applicable for PVC and PE shrink film. Depending on customer needs, the conveyor belts may be designed as axle type or mesh type. Large parts may also complete shrink package within a short time.
